Nature of the Service
Carenzzo is a comparison service for car rental offers. We are not a car rental company and we are not a party to the rental agreement. Booking, payment processing and the rental contract itself are handled by our partner and by the respective local rental company. Those providers are responsible for their own offers, prices and contractual terms.
Affiliate Disclosure
Carenzzo is funded by commission. When a booking is made through our links, we receive a fee from our partner. This costs you nothing extra, and the rental price shown to you is not affected.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on our service, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement.
